MTN Ghana Movies Awards 2008

From the comfort of my bedroom, in the gettos of adabraka, the whole event unfolded on tv. Gtv was the only TV station covering it live( may some rights issues couldn't be settled before the d-day) Our awards night have really grown in stature.In the words of Chief Dele of Ovation, 'The show was serious'.

Red carpet interviews, were mainly handled by the usual faces. KKD was the main presenter for the show, accompanied by Batman Samini and Doreen of Joy FM. ( who took about 5mins to recover herself after being kissed by Ja-rule :) .

One feeling i got was that the awards ceremony were a bit rushed. But later on everything panned out the way it should have. The main attraction of the show was without a doubt Kwaw kesse who completely stole the show, and as it turned out, most of the awards.

Coming in second was Shasha Marley who walked on carrying a strapped bag with a bible. The sad thing about his performance was his attitude... [ I dozed off]
